    Congrafualtion for starting your work in English.
    I would like to say thank you for the text before the video, I haven’t read it completly, but up to now what i’ve read helped me alot, I dont know why but its more undertandble for me rather then the Persian language.
    How to use the law of attraction and alighn my world withy thoughts was what was reviwed for me and my information was enhanced.
    In this text I was reminded to keep my feeling poasative as Ostad always sais, Good feelings= Good events and Bad feelings= Bad events, yet you always say that world ia basicly poasative, tberefore with some bad feelings nothing important happens wheras with a bit of posative feelings considarable good happenings occur.
    Anyways be happy and have a good time.Thanks for everything.

    I am so excited which I decided to share my experiences on the your second file in English. I believe my comment is so long then I divided it on two parts.
    Part one:
    1. What kind of thoughts and media do you intentionally focus on to manifest your desires?
    As someone who is interested in manifestation and the law of attraction, I try to direct my thoughts, so I needed an approach to control my thoughts. After ten years of following of Master Abasmanesh and I try many things based on Master Abasmanesh teachings, now I believe the best approach for me to manifest my desires is following up the contents which published on abasmanesh.com website. honestly I say Master Abasmanesh is a unique person who has a high level of awareness and useful information about the law of attraction, therefore the content of his website such as for free content or his courses about the law of attraction including Wealth Psychology Courses, the Law of Creating, the Twelve Steps, etc. can help me and others to focus on them to manifest our desires.
    2. How do you become aware of and filter out negative or nonproductive thoughts that may be hindering your manifestation process?
    I believe we can sense our thoughts with our feelings, that means I as a pupil of the law of attraction must aware about my thoughts by sense my feelings every moment, then if I have had a bad feeling I must focus on the reasons of it. After finding the reasons of my bad feelings, my duty is pay attention to other thoughts which can give me good feelings such as my family including my two beautiful daughters, my good career situation, my comfortable vehicle etc.
    3. Have you ever noticed a correlation between the types of media you consume and the outcomes you experience in your life?
    Yes of course, I have a good example which illustrates how my thoughts unconscious directed me to noticed to bad news on social media then I experienced failure in my job. I exactly remembered the first matter that I learned from Master Abasmanesh is that I must aware about the type of media that I consumed it, because the major of media focus on bad news and they can lead me to failure. So I decided to avoid from all social media such as Instagram, YouTube etc. then I removed all of them from my smart phone except LinkedIn. I have had some reasons to save LinkedIn on my smart phone, I believed I can used LinkedIn to improve my career, but unfortunately during time LinkedIn leaded me to bad news that gived me bad sense and direct me to frustration. This story occurred unconscious and caused I experienced failure in my career, because I paid attention to unwanted issues.

    Question 2:
    In the past, I used to go through a negative scenario in details up to the end of it instead of filtering it. So they not only weren’t being filtered but also were being strengthen with more and more thinking.
    Now that I am aware that it doesn’t help me, I just stop thinking right after the first vibes of a negative thought are showing up, no matter it’s based on reality or based on my imaginations. Then I intentionality focus on something else to bring myself into the current moment; like a happy music.
    Walking also helps me a lot since it works like an active meditation to me that makes my mind stop processing negative thoughts. Actually I think that all kind of meditations can help alot with it but to me active meditations work better. It means that I need to take some physical actions (like workout) to involve my body, and when the body is involved, the mind’s priority would be taking care of body instead of going through negative scenarios.
    Writing down about what makes me concerned also works really good to me. I just take some time to write about it. When something is written, the mind automatically will let it go since it thinks that it’s written somewhere so won’t get forgotten. Now I can take care of other things.
    I should mention that trying to fool my mind has not always been easy to me at all, but when something is necessary, it must be done.

    Q1:
    I try to stay positive during the day. In my opinion, more important than focusing on good things in our life, is to not to feed our mind with bad stuff. For instance, when I’m sitting in a taxi going to work and the driver talks about the hard situation of himself, I try to avoid listening to him by putting my Air pod in my ears listening to an educational session. And when I Stay away of negative frequency I will be leaded to the positive frequency.
    To focus on to manifest my desires, I usually watch videos about what I want to have In the future. And I try gain information about them in details. And after that I visualize myself having them and imagine my life being in the way that I want. The nice car I drive, the perfect TV I have and so on.
    I also write about the positive things happened to me during the day. I usually do this before going to sleep. Because when I wake up in the morning I wake up with those positive things in my mind and it shifts my frequency into being at a suitable place, at the right time.
    Q2:
    Well, most of the time I try to be careful about what kind of thoughts comes in my mind. For instance, whenever I’m walking on the street, I try to focus my attention to the beauties, like flowers, instead of the stuff that doesn’t make me feel good, like poverty.
    I also have a sign for myself that triggers my attention when I think negatively. For example, whenever a negative thought comes in my mind, it usually results in a bad painful feeling and that is the time I become aware of it.
    So, I manage my thoughts straight away and firstly distract myself by, for example, playing video games or listening to a music. Then I usually go to abasmanesh.com and let god lead me through the website and find my way and carry on.
    Q3:
    Yes, I have. Whenever I watched an inspiring movie, read an educational book, listened to a positive thinking podcast and watched a program about self-development, so many good things happened to me.
    As an example, the day before yesterday I began my day with the Self-esteem program in the website and I focused my attention on the good sides of my colleagues and this ended up with a very nice event.
    We went out yesterday, had lunch together and made a wonderful memory with each other. So the positive thinking always works.
    Q4:
    My strategy for being ensured about my thoughts is, first of all having a goal and always think of it. I believe without goals in my life, I would be disappointed. So, having a target to achieve makes me feel I have something important to do and then I manage my activities and thoughts towards it.
    Second thing is using positive affirmations. During the work I usually say myself “I can handle my tasks perfectly”. And then it magically works. And my boss appreciates how great I’ve done my job.
    Another thing is, listening to educational and self-development podcasts. These days I’ve been listening to the Health law course. When I at least listen to 2 to 3 podcasts a day, I can make sure I’m in the right way.
    Q5:
    Yes, I have. I experienced a difficult time during my military service. I tried to focus on the good side of things happened to me during those times and then the officers’ attitude became better to me and I passed those times easier.

    When I want to pay attention to the things that I like, I play some songs that I like for myself and visualize myself in the place that I like to be.
    And I pay more attention to the lives of people who easily have what I want and are also living with it, and I say, well, I would also like to have this experience. And I stay away from things that are against my heart’s desire and try not to pay attention to them.
    2.How do you become aware of and filter out negative or nonproductive thoughts that may be hindering your manifestation process?
    We can understand this well based on our feelings.
    When we realize that our feelings are bad, we can understand that we have negative thoughts that our heart disagrees with and does not accept, and for this reason our heart is a source of consciousness and is disturbed by the continuation these thoughts and warns us.
    And we’re on the right track if we just try to gradually improve how we feel about other things.
    3.Have you ever noticed a correlation between the types of media you consume and the outcomes you experience in your life?
    Yes, dear teacher, one hundred percent
    I am very interested in the nature of Switzerland and its many flowers, and I always put those files on YouTube to show that it is rich, its beautiful houses, and the good feeling between its people, and all of this is broadcast on our TV, and it is interesting that Last year, I was guided to Austria and Italy and experienced exactly the same wonderful nature.
    And I really enjoyed it and told my husband, look, we watched these flowers so much on TV and now we are experiencing them in reality.
    4.How do you ensure that the majority of your thoughts are intentional and in alignment with your desires?
    From the good feeling I have, my dear teacher, because since I made a conscious effort, I only paid attention to the things I like.
    Negative people and events that make me sad have really diminished in my life.
    I feel good most of the day.
    My worries are reduced and I sleep peacefully.
    My relationship with my children and my husband has become beautiful, friendly and intimate
    I enjoy the smallest things in my life
    From seeing the blue sky, from birds flying, from seeing flowers and….
    And really, I can’t compare my situation at all to when I had no control over my thoughts.
    5. Have you ever intentionally changed your thought patterns and noticed a positive shift in your life? What did you do and what was the result?
    I tried to consciously pay attention to the positive points of the people and the circumstances around me, and after a while, I saw that people’s behavior towards me changed.
    And I’ve also consciously tried not to pay attention to the things I don’t like, not to talk about them, not to say anything about problems, not to comment on anything.
    And when I was in a group where I talked about something undesirable, I either left the place as much as I could, or changed the discussion in some way, or didn’t pay any special attention to it at all and didn’t participate in their discussions.
    These were the methods I learned from your tutorials and I try to follow them
    And I know that at some points I really lose control of my thoughts and I can’t do well, but as long as I can control my thoughts, I get results and thank God I’m happy with my current situation.
    I am very grateful to you, my dear teacher, for this course that you have given us so that we can achieve self-knowledge

    Hello my dearest mentor.
    My answer to the first question: I heard about the influence of media on our thoughts and attitude towards world a few years ago. And it just clicked. It sounded so right that o had to do something about it. So I stopped watching TV and those drama TV series. Later on I started choosing the posts that I watch on Instagram. You see, Instagram truly obeys the law of attraction in this sense that the more you like specific posts the more of those kinds it shows you. So I started liking posts about what I would like to have in my life, only because it gave me such great feelings. Tbh the search part of my profile in like my dream board. Then o started to watch English videos about what I loved. I didn’t know back then but I can see now that it halped me get familiarized with the vocabulary of my field of interest. A few days ago I tried to talk about my interest in English for the first time and it was unbelievable how competent I was at it.
    My answer to the second question: how I filter negative thoughts. Well I used to do this unconsciously as a kid but then I stopped. Nowadays with your help and the 12 steps course I am doing it consciously. Whenever I feel down or start to feel bad, I understand that something is wrong and I have to change my feelings. So I do something that I am absolutely sure will make me feel better. Like listening to upbeat muy. Going for a walk at my favorite park. Doing some house chores. Or even listening to your files ( I have edited some of the files that resonate with me the most and doesn’t fail to make me feel better every time)
    My answer to q 3: I have definitely noticed the correlation. As I said I’m not into media and news. So whenever I hear a negative news it effects me immediately. Something breaks down or my patients ( I work as a hospital nurse) start to have some problems that stresses me out.
    My answer to q 4: as you have taught us, whenever I’m feeling good and satisfied and relaxed I know I’m on the right path. I know that I am in alignment with my desires.
    My answer to q 5: oh I have so many examples for this I don’t even know where to begin. Ok I’m gonna try now. So as a nurse in hospital, when you have new patient the workload is too much and I used to get so stressed out and even curse myself for my vibration. But lately whenever that happened I prayed in my heart: it is ok. I am capable of doing this. God is and will always be With me , and there is nothing I can’t do with him by my side. I repeated this over and over in my head. And what do you know. sometimes no new patient was admitted in my shift, sometimes the patient was so light with no work to do that it was almost funny. So yes I can definitely vouch for this law. Whenever you consciously make yourself feel better, the result is immediate and even better than what you thought is possible.
    In the end I am very thankful for you doing this in English.

Because my dear teacher has said many times: Bad feelings are like fire and you should not touch the fire for any reason because the sure result is burning your own hands. These thoughts are completely useless and only come to create bad feelings. So I know whether a thought is right or wrong through the feeling that a thought creates in me. The next day the negative thoughts started! But for a moment I looked at the sky and the clear air and admired the beauty of nature and told myself that you should not let the old thought patterns start again. Control your mind. And I promised myself that every time a negative thought comes, I will repeat a positive form; and little by little(about 2h later) I felt better and better,then when I checked my phone, I saw that my friend had answered the message 20min ago.and I felt the world’s reward for controlling my mind with all my being.

    And let me explain another one:Almost two weeks ago, on the occasion of New Year, I went shopping. After shopping, I was in a hurry to return home early, but the street was so crowded that you couldn’t walk easily and quickly at all! It was full of people!And I said: How crowded! It’s impossible to walk at all! And a moment later, I remembered that golden sentence from the book Four Works by Florence Scovel Sheen, which always worked for me!Whenever I was in a hurry and I was stuck in a traffic , I would repeat it with faith and the lights would turn green and the roads would open for meWhere there is no way, God opens a way. And I repeated: God opens a way, God opens a way.God, be that open way for me!And miraculously, I was in a part that was as empty as three people from four sides around me! And I reached my destination quickly and easily with surprise and smile. It was as if my God had cast a spotlight on me and I was walking in a circle for myself with ease and speedIt might be interesting for you to know that my friend who was with me was still walking in the crowd and didn’t notice me and my mysterious path at all, and she arrived later than me and I waited for her to arrive. While I thought that she must be walking behind me in that mysterious circle,but it wasn’t like this!

    It is very pleasant for me to remember this miracle
